Yeah that is a place where people park cars for sale, you can see the Lexus Land Cruiser sign too. I work with an electrician on shows that has a few of them, the funny thing is that he is a pretty big/ tall guy.

MGs are surprisingly tall-person-friendly. I fit just fine at a leggy 6'2".
